Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened condition. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
To start a return, please contact us at info@meridiancacao.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll generate a prepaid return shipping label for you. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. Original outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order separately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@meridiancacao.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include the order number, what issue you are experiencing, and please send one or more photographs of the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, used or opened products, sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
