Returns & Refunds (for domestic sales only)
Online Store Orders:

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact Meridian at info@meridiancacao.com immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Report any problems promptly. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and one or more photographs if applicable. Meridian will evaluate the situation and work to make it right.

Understand what is eligible for return. Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Opened or used products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Await a return label. Once we have assessed the issue, we will notify you that your order is eligible for a return, and will email you a return shipping label. Note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. Original outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable.

Wait for your refund to be processed. Once Meridian receives and inspects your return, you will be notified of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the amount.

Note that exchanges are not offered. If you'd like a different item, return the original and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
Wholesale / Freight Orders:

Inspect your delivery before signing off. Check the shipment carefully when it arrives. If beans are damaged or missing, document the issue with the delivery driver before signing the delivery receipt, as this is essential for insurance purposes.
- Notify Meridian immediately after notifying the driver. Email info@meridiancacao.com or call the sales team with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. Meridian will follow up accordingly.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on international orders.
