- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup chocolate plant protein powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds

- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup agave
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (make your own!)
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- 3-4 tbsp almond milk
Steps:
In a large bowl, mix in your dry: oats, protein powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds, and sea salt.
Add the almond butter, agave, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
Fold in the cacao nibs.
Add almond milk as needed to moisten the mixture. The consistency should be thick and sticky. You don’t want any dry parts, but the mixture shouldn't be too wet.
Scoop roughly one tablespoon at a time from the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue until all the mixture has been rolled into your bites. At this point, the protein balls are ready to eat.
Refrigerate for one week.
